CLIENT CHALLENGE

Support the Dewar’s brand team in the delivery of an activation that would truly stand out from the other portfolio brands at the Bacardi Winter Conference. 

RAWK SOLUTION 

The RAWK Agency deployed a multi-functional member of staff to integrate into the brand team for the entire activation. The lean solution we provided covered transport, stock management and consumer engagement. 

OUTCOME

Working as part of the brand team for the duration of the event The RAWK Agency provided efficient and multifunctional support that helped create the stand out activation of the conference.

ON THE GROUND

The RAWK Agency provided key logistical support, delivering and managing the stock for the one off event, and procuring all consumable goods to supplement the stock throughout the service.

Once on site with all stock and other consumables, The RAWK Agency assisted with the build and dressing of the branded area, creating the perfecting setting to amplify the brand’s converted 1970’s Renault Estafette food truck, the centre piece of their #ScotchEggClub campaign across Europe.

Once the activation was live it was time to go into ambassador mode, leading the on stand activities and consumer engagement, and distributing branded take aways. 

Post event, alongside the brand team and other partners The RAWK Agency struck the activation and left the event location in an efficient and safe manner.
