Project - Scotch Egg club advocacy trip
Deliver a full package of event support ranging from management of travel and accommodation to videography and photography to assist in the creation of an incredibly engaging and memorable brand advocacy trip for trade influencers from Russia.
As a team we pulled together a comprehensive strategy that we knew would meet the client brief down to the smallest detail and go beyond it to ensure we had plans in place to deal with any issues or fresh needs that arose during the activation.
We planned, prepared and instigated a well timed and managed transport and logistics schedule, sourcing and coordinating service providers at each key stage. All catering requirements were met and surpassed, whether in a five star restaurant or on the side of a Scottish mountain, and of course the full journey was captured in perfect high definition.
We produced and managed a slick and professional brand advocacy trip that helped to increase brand awareness and understanding within a group of key influencers from an important overseas sales territory.
Piotr Pieron, Bacardi Eastern European hub brand manager.
"Working with The RAWK Agency was truly a pleasure! They are not only great professionals taking care of every aspect of their job, but also fantastic and very likeable people, which to me is equally important. They were very supportive throughout the whole project and created a partnership working environment. What I liked in particular was their elasticity and openness – we worked as one team, equally caring about the final outcome. Excellent!"
On The Ground:
We arranged flights, transfers and accommodation for the 22 guests who would be coming from Moscow, crosschecking and validating all relevant details to ensure each guest had an individual travel plan. The RAWK team has extensive experience dealing with complex travel requirements and was able to quickly source, structure and confirm flights and transfers that would get the guests to the brand home in good time.
As the client requested imagery and video documentation of the trip we provided a dedicated photographer and a cinematographer for the duration, capturing the experience in perfect detail then coordinating the final cut with the brand team on their return to Russia.
Various forms of catering were required, from a mountaintop barbecue to a 5 course formal dinner in a luxury hotel suite. All needed to be sourced, booked and prepared in line with dietary requirements and the timing restrictions of the wider trip schedule.
With any event, but particularly one with this many elements, communication is key to maintaining quality. Therefore in the brief time leading up to the event, we were in regular conversation with the client to ensure that we had everything in place to deliver this event to the highest standard.
