CLIENT CHALLENGE:

Deliver an industry leading Trade Show strategy to support the launch of the Last Great Malts portfolio

 

RAWK Solution: 

Tasked with delivering our client's complete trade show campaign across Europe to the highest standard whilst working within time and budget constraints, The RAWK Agency developed a strategy that involved developing a satellite hub in Amsterdam from which to base the campaign and undertaking all related logistical and ambassadorial activities in-house. 

 

Outcome:

The delivery of a very successful trade show campaign that saw our client's brands brought to life at 7 shows in 5 countries across western Europe and allowed countless consumers an in depth introduction to the new products, driving product sales and increasing brand loyalty.

On The Ground:

This campaign of Single Malt trade shows was designed to support the launch of Bacardi’s “Last Great Malts” portfolio. 

Working with the brand’s European ambassador we delivered and managed a series of 7 experiential trade show appearances across Europe. Using a pre-existing brand asset, we delivered a strategy designed to increase product awareness and deliver the five brand stories direct to consumers.  

Having established a satellite hub in Amsterdam we delivered a full end to end service for each show. We stored, delivered, built, dressed and merchandised the self contained branded bar asset, also sourcing and purchasing some of the intrinsic supporting merchandising assets. We then provided the ambassadorial staff that manned the stand for the duration of the show, bringing to life the story of each brand and providing perfectly served samples to consumers at each and every show. Our team then re-packed the asset and transported it back to our satellite hub before completing detailed event reporting and stock analysis for our client.
